Tell City PD: Lock your vehicle | Crime

Residential areas of Tell City have been the target of thieves in recent weeks.  Police say most of the victims told them their vehicles were unlocked when the thefts occurred.

Officers say they've made some arrests and some of the items stolen, including a few things of significant value, have been recovered. No vehicles have been damaged so far due to the break-ins. 

Police are telling residents to lock their vehicles and remove high dollar items.  They also want to remind residents to report suspicious behavior in your neighborhood to the Tell City Police Department )547-7068). You can remain anonymous.
