General surgeon to see patients at Santa Claus Family Medicine | Health

Beginning Tuesday, December 13, General Surgeon Charles Tollett, Jr., M.D., will see patients at Santa Claus Family Medicine every other Tuesday afternoon from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. CST. A physician’s referral is preferred.

Dr. Tollett received his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he also completed a residency in general surgery. He is board certified in general surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. He has been on the Active Medical Staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center since 1997.
