The Spencer County volunteer hunter education instructors, along with Indiana Conservation Officers, will be conducting a hunter education class on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, March 19-21, 2013. The class will be held at the Cornerstone Methodist Church in Chrisney, from 6:00pm until 9:30pm each evening, and attendance is required all three nights.
This class satisfies the requirement for anyone born after December 31, 1986 to purchase a hunting license. There is no cost to attend, and the class is being sponsored by Ayer’s Sport Shop in Gentryville. There is no age requirement for the student, but good reading skills are recommended.
