New poll: Commodores ranked among state's top 10 | Sports & Recreation

Riding a six-game winning streak, the Perry Central boys' basketball team has cracked the Indiana state rankings.

Perry Central is number 9 in the new Associated Press poll.

The Commodores beat Southridge 62-35 on Friday night to push their record to 9-2 for the season.

This weekend, it'll be a doubleheader, with back-to-back road games against Orleans and Mitchell Friday and Saturday nights.
